1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ks999" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ks999.bio, including all associated products, services, and promotional programmes.
• "Platform" means the ks999 website, any mobile-optimised versions thereof, and all games, betting markets, and account management tools available to registered users.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the ks999 Platform.
• "Account" means the personalised account created by a User upon successful completion of the ks999 registration process.
• "Funds" means real-money balances denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) held within a User's ks999 Account.

• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a User on a casino game, live table, sports event, or any other betting market available on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ks999 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ks999.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting ks999 support. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and nominees may not register an Account.

• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of ks999 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed by ks999 for a breach of these Terms.
• You may hold only one Account at any time. ks999 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection.

ks999 reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ks999 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. ks999 will never request your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify ks999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
• ks999 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and may be required before high-value withdrawals are processed.
• ks999 reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account if unusual login activity is detected, pending verification by the Account holder.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ks999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your ks999 Account immediately upon confirmation of payment. Deposits via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) may take up to two business hours to reflect. There is no deposit fee charged by ks999, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ks999 processes approved withdrawal requests within one to four hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request within your Account dashboard.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• ks999 may request documentary proof that a payment method belongs to you prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• ks999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests. Processing of such requests may be subject to a review period not exceeding five business days.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Any winnings derived from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable free spin promotion.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ks999 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events including cricket and PSL markets, or any other betting product — are subject to the following rules:

• A bet is considered accepted only when ks999 has issued a confirmation of the wager. No bet will be honoured where a technical fault prevented proper registration in the ks999 system.
• ks999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, system fault, or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account.
• In-play bets on cricket and other live markets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. ks999 shall not be liable for delays in data feeds that may affect live betting decisions.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted at ks999's discretion without prior notice.

• ks999 does not accept wagers on any event or market from a User who has insider knowledge that could provide an unfair advantage. Any such bet, if identified, will be voided.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ks999 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one ks999 Account, whether personally or through nominees, agents, or third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit Platform features.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, sports event, or betting market.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any such exploitation must be reported to ks999 immediately and not exploited for financial gain.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or reversals of deposits after wagering activity has taken place.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that facilitates illegal activity under any applicable law.

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ks999 Platform — including but not limited to the ks999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data feeds, and promotional material — is the exclusive property of ks999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ks999.
• Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access Platform content for your own private, non-commercial recreational use only.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ks999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

ks999 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides the following tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply for a temporary self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Either party may terminate the Agreement constituted by these Terms at any time:

• By You: You may close your ks999 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.
• By ks999: ks999 may suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms, if ks999 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority, or if continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
• Upon termination by ks999 for cause, any bonus balances and wager-derived winnings linked to the breach may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned.
• Sections 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law) of these Terms shall survive Account closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ks999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account at least seven days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory direction.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document reflects when the Terms were most recently updated. Your continued use of the ks999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Continued wagering activity after the effective date will be treated as acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ks999 operates its gaming licence.
